Work

Software Engineer
Totality Corp
May 2022 - Apr 2024
I built production grade web apps from scratch, everything from user dashboards and asset pages to the payment system using Stripe. I worked with Next.js on the frontend and Golang + gRPC on the backend, and used Docker to keep things easy to deploy. It was my first time owning real production systems that people actually use ... and break sometimes.

Assistant Systems Engineer
Tata Consultancy Services
Jan 2021 - Apr 2022
I worked on a huge enterprise app where I wrote Angular components, styled them with SASS, and helped shift some REST APIs over to GraphQL. I also dealt with PostgreSQL and Hibernate for backend data work. Oh, and I used Google Workbox to make the app usable offline, which was kind of cool.

Intern
Imagine WebTechnologies
Jun 2019 - Aug 2019
I built a PHP-based tool that parsed form inputs, something that ended up being used across a bunch of their client sites. I also helped clean up their old site navigation and made a few internal tools easier to use. It was my first real dev job, and where I realized I actually like building things that solve tiny, annoying problems.

Host
IT Social @Chicago
Mar 2025 - Present
I host regular tech meetups in Chicago where I meet a ton of developers, product folks, and students. I usually greet people, introduce them around, and have some great tech convos. Everything from “What do you build?” to “Why are you switching careers?” It’s become my favorite way to stay connected and give back to the community.

Campus Ambassador
Hamari Pahchan
Jul 2020 - Sep 2020
I helped run social campaigns around gender equality and worked on volunteer projects focused on real issues like women empowerment. I also also the student desk assistant where people came with questions, and I made sure they left with answers or at least a reason to care
